Are ron weasley and draco malfoy really related to sirius black?

Draco is the son of Sirius' cousin (Narcissa Malfoy nee Black) and is related to him in the same way as Tonks (daughter of Sirius' cousin as well, and also Draco's cousin). Ron is a much more distant relative.
