Is this a respectable title for Obama?

I want to be respectful of the first (half) African-American president of the Unites States. And I don't want to be labeled as a racist bigot. Thus is this a proper title of our Commander-in-Chief, The Most Serene and Humble Ruler of all Terra and the Known Universe, His Supreme Highness the God-Emperor and Presidet, Lord Barack Hussein Obama II?
