Painfull cramps at 11 weeks pregnant, what should i do ?

I can't really take the cramps, there really painfull and I'm becoming worried about my baby :( what should I do ? Should I got to the ER ? There really painfull and period like and my lower abdomin is really achy :( plus I'm really dizzy
