What Team Should Draft Tim Tebow in the NFL Draft?

I do not see why people are giving up on Tim Tebow. The man has won a heisman, possibly another this year, two national championships and possibly a third this year. The guy can play quarterback. Give him some time in a pro style offense and he'll adapt to it. He's got some things to work on, but what rookie QB doesn't? Get him a good QB coach and he'll be a star in this league. As for teams. I could honestly see the Texans, Jaguars, Bills, Redskins, and who knows what Al Davis will do with the raiders. I personally think Michael vick should go to the raiders and start.
