I am trying to find out how to turn a lady in for harment on a Yahoo group?

I went to the moderator and she done Nothing. I have blocked the lady's email. Her email is esthersimmons1@wellnessresearch.info You put in things on Freecycle you need for your family and she will email you about Oh she just threw the Damn thing in the trash she feels like such an idiot. I have tried everything to block her from contact but nothing is working.
