Do you believe that the Pentagon should be the ones to investigate the FT. Hood terrorist attack?

Should terrorist Hasan be tried in civilian court, since it was civilian police who took down the shooter? I don`t know if civilians died, but some were injured. I just think that the Army & Pentagon are going to cover their ozzies in order to look good, they have blood in their hands & they should pay by being put in front of a firing squad.
