I don't understand this Macbeth quote..?

It means that the speaker can read Macbeth's emotions and thoughts by the expressions on his face, just as you can read a page in a book. Ever hear the expression "poker face", meaning (originally) that you couldn't tell what kind of cards the player was dealt by the way they look? Macbeth does not have a "poker face".
