Malaysian Leaf Frog eye problem?

My Malaysian Leaf Frog recently developed a white, almost snot looking sack, right below his eye on the lower lid. is this part of his eye that maybe popped out when swallowing or is it an infection? also if anyone is familiar with something like this is there a cure for it. thank you
