Plzzz help middle school problem!!!!?

this year im starting middle school and im really nervous about it. the thing im most nervous about is friends... i have a couple really good friends and a bunch of other ones, but i want to have friends from the other schools that go to this middle school. ive made a lot of enemies in the past and im scared that theyll tell rumors to the other kids so i wont get any more friends... what should i do????
