Why does Justice Dept Investigate Republicans when there is no crime but not Obama's prima-fascia bribe felony?

Must be the same reason they aren't investigating claims of voter intimidation by the Black Panthers. Or it could be that an even bigger idiot than Obama runs the Justice Department.
