Help Me Come Up With A Good Storyline?

I'm tearing my hair out on this, I'm so close to an idea, and I really want to write my first real book! I wanted to ask if anybody could give me a push and give me some basic ideas for a story. My preferred topics (the ones I'm well-informed of and/or interested in) are Eating Disorders, World War II/ The Holocaust, Animal Abuse, and Child Abuse. I like to write about romance, friendship, love-hate relationships (Those are always fun), tragedy (Of course), betrayal, and some adventure. No, I'm not emo. So please tell me if you have any ideas, because I have total writer's block. :)
