atkins is not a good diet to go on because u r not giving your body enough carbohydrates,which causes u to feel drained all the time ..u may lose weight an unhealthy way but u will gain it back when ur body gets a rush of carbohydrates after u get off the diet ...the best way to lose weight is simply cardio exercise and eat more meals a day with smaller portions ..if u eat untill ur full u ate to much ..dont eat after 7 pm and u could also lift light weights to keep ur muscles toned
