Was G. W.Bush right around September 2008, when he said we were facing worst economics since Great Depression?

Yeah.....now, if only he'd realized that sometime between 2000-2008 when he could have DONE something about it, like not cutting tax revenue or starting two wars that will cost $3 TRILLION dollars..
