That is very true, my mom has always said things like that, she is with a man right now (my step dad) and he is not the best looking person. He is kinda nirdy and bigger. My mom, from what other people say, is pretty and some say she's hot. But she understand that its not looks that count, its all on the inside. Most people will say that they love someone because of the way they do something, the way they look, or how they act, but love is something you cant explain. Tips on running 12 minutes without stopping?

Ok my school has only 2 PE lessons a week and I use to be able to run 12 minutes without stopping easily but now, I cannot because we seldom (almost never) do running. And there's this 12 minute run coming up for fitness testing this Thursday and I really need some tips to run that 12 minute without stopping. 1 lap = 400km (I think?) and I would like to get at least 6 or something. My dogs spoiled what do i do?

Everyone is on the field celebrating, team, fans, the whole town. Dad almost immediately begins talking about the "next step" in the boys' future. The brothers look at their dad and begin explaining how they've spent the last eight years of their lives doing everything their dad/coach told them to do. How they'd wanted to get everything down just right so that their dad would be proud or at least have something positive to say to them. The only person to seriously take notice of the brother's accomplishments is their little sister. As for the little sister, hero worship for her brothers had her talking football with them her whole life just to be around them. She knows as much about the game as any of them do. They then look at little sister, and hand her the MVP trophies that they have just earned. They tell her they always looked forward to her praise after each game, and that the trophies are for her because that's who they were playing for. Then they point at the championship trophy that dad is holding and they tell them that that piece of metal has just bought them their freedom. Possibly coach has went on about a championship trophy for the entire movie. The brothers say they're finished with the game forever, and walk off the field and away from all the celebrating toward the locker room.

Ok so I have these symptoms. My right ear pops every now and than when I swallow or yawn. My left ear has stuffiness and hurts every now and than. I live in North Houston gated apartments. Pets are allowed with guidelines. In moving in, apartment staff indicated their rules and communicated well the fact that the water comes thru boilers and some other things that are what they are and may come up later as an issue. What they didn't mention was the inability to control the dog feces problem. So since I moved in they have once put out a warning letter indicating a fine if caught. Added a new poop station with bags for use. Well I walked out early and a huge pile 12 inches from my gate. Pissing me off. I'm under a contract, but I think this is a management problem. If they can't catch and enforce (as they say) unless we let them know who (like I know) then I think they should have staff maintain the grounds, including picking up dog poo, just like I'm sure they do near garden area by the office so potential tenants don't see it. Right? Sent a pic with a "good morning" to the manager this morning. Maybe she'll understand how I feel when I walk out at 7:00 am to a big pile of doo closer to my patio (12 inches) than ever.

I'm not talking a few months or years. I'm talking about, once you've proven that you can't play well with others, you're done. You're in a cell, locked away underground somewhere. Of course it would be case by case, but lets say someone robs a liquor store for no reason other than greed, and they are in their late 20's? They are obviously defunct, and should not be in society. Sure, this sounds like a dictatorship, but ponder this, the only people who wouldn't approve of this, are criminals.. true? Could you imagine the crime rate in this country if the punishment was actually really and extensive? I know that addictions to substances can lead to personality change, but can addictions to non-physical things (ie. videogames, relationships) also contribute to major personality change? My boyfriend is obsessed with videogames more than he's ever been. And lately his usually laid back, friendly personality has become cold, defensive, and even abusive. Fissure Question?

I had fissure for probably 4 years already. I went to a doctor and he told me to eat healthy , take sit baths but it doesn't seem to help. I read that if you have minor or moderator fissure then it can go away with that and sometimes cream. However, is it possible for someone who has fissure for 3-4 years for it to heal or is it impossible? Doctor told me most people have the 6 or 12 o clock and i had the 3 o clock one.

I feel like I am crazy, I feel like I KNOW that I am crazy. I don't do or say anything to prove this because I don't want to lose control of myself, but sometimes I feel like there are two voices in my head. One voice tells me what I want, and the other side disagrees and tells me what I want myself to want. I can never figure out what I actually want or who I actually am. I get very moody, some days I am very happy and peppy while other days I become very depressed. How to fix sagging sub floors?

No. putting a 2x4 across the floor joist will not help. I seriously doubt a house built in the 70's would have joist spaced 48'' OC, possibly 24'' but not 48". If that was the case the problem your bigger problem would be the floor sagging between joist which would not be helped at all by the 2x4.. If by some chance you are right about the spacing what you will need to do if fill in the missing joist with more joist of the same size by adding 1 or 2 in between existing joist to bring it to 24 or 16'' OC. If the joist themselves are sagging, which is what I suspect you could add a 4x4 or larger beam across the existing joist and support it every few feet on concrete blocks. This is uming that you have a crawl space and not a basement. If you have a basement you may need to go with something like a 6x10 or 6x12 supported on columns. I doubt this would be worth the effort if there is only a 1/4 inch sag.

I have general anxiety, depression, and social anxiety. I took Lexapro before and drank with it and didn't really have many problems, but I went off of it thinking I could be fine. However, so far this has not proven true. But I'm weary of going back on antidepressants, especially ones that aren't Lexapro, which might warn of seizures as a possible risk with drinking. However, I realize I may need to go back on them. Perhaps if I knew they were going to work, rid me of my depression, and mostly social anxiety, I would not have a problem without drinking. I have always had that same belief, and I know it can be quite crushing sometimes. You don't want to delude yourself with idealistic "meanings of life", but you also want to believe there's more to it than birth, , and death. In your case, it must be even more difficult, but you have to remember that being attracted to men is no different than being sterile in the sense that you are unable to produce offspring. There's simply nothing you can do to change yourself, and why would you want to? I suppose you must make a decision: do you continue on the way you are living, happy but without that sense of fulfillment; or do you fulfill the meaning of life, but be unhappy with your female partner? When it comes down to it, procreation may be our fundamental purpose as a species, but we have evolved into sentient beings able to ponder our existence, and therefore things like our own happiness become more important. The new meaning of life might simply be to have fun and enjoy the 80 or so years we have on this planet, and spend them with those we are most comfortable with. Truth be told, the world is quickly becoming overpopulated, and we could do with a few more people like you!

Well not really a problem more like a dilemma. Me and Friend eric have been friend for years now ever since freshman year in high school. but when i met him he had this Girlfriend named Alisha that he had been with for about 2 years. Alisha was younger than him by a couple years and everything was cool at first and she was always cool with me. We grew more as friends she became more like a sister over time and i just left it there and never went any further because of the loyalty to Eric but as time went on she grew apart from him and eventually dumped him. This is interesting. One on hand, you have Shaun Hill (the journeyman) and the 49ers, who can actually go into the game with a good chance to win. Carson Palmer is a better QB with an overall better offense and team, but they were really sloppy last week. Statistics wise, Shaun Hill ped for a few less yards, but had a better QB rating. I think that you should pick Carson Palmer just because he runs more of a p-first offense and that they will have an easier time putting up points. Shaun Hill is more responsible, and his team should put up more points than Cincy, but Seattle has good defense. They let St. Louis score 0! I think he's overrated right now, but I think part of it is the potential people see in him and they are transferring it to the present when right now he really is more like game manager. He will win games ping against bad defenses. There are times when he throws the ball right to the defenders and they just don't catch it. The other part of it is the Jets are doing better than "experts" expect with a QB this young. In the NFL, there is way too much of an emphasis on QBs--if the team is losing, they often get more blame than they deserve and if the team is winning they get more credit than they deserve. You can't at all look at the Jets and say Sanchez is a make-or-break player for their team's success.

Two problems: cries in crate and follows me everywhere!!?

My chinese crested is about a year and a half now. I have had him since he was at least 5 months. Problem one: I recently moved and though he is crate trained, he has been crying when I leave until I let him out again. Yes, his crate is in my room and I always tell him I will be back later, which used to work. Secondly, he has to follow me everywhere. If he is eating and I walk to the living room from the kitchen, he will stop to run after me! Even go to the bathroom without him is a no-no because the moment I turn my back, he lifts his leg as if to say HA and whines. (I know, I should have had him neutered! It's coming.)Before, he would know I was leaving because I would get dressed (coat and all), get my keys, then let him out of his crate to walk him outside. After coming back in, he would go to his crate and I would give my farewell. Now, the moment I leave the room BEFORE donning a coat (we have a backyard now, I just let him out), he starts to whine and cry. I tell him I will be back, sit, good boy, nothing works. I know he is a mommas boy and has to be around me, but this is ridiculous and annoying. HELP ME!
